we stored luggage upon arrival before check-in. its proximity to the bus station and times square was helpful. we used lyft once, otherwise walking was simple. a variety of nearby shopping and food options were available (a true gift!).
the heating did not work adequately. i could also hear neighbors slamming doors.

Our family suite offered plenty of space and two bathrooms, a definite plus. The room was cleaned daily by the cleaning staff. They did a great job. I especially liked the complimentary water provided each day. It was a welcome touch after long days.
The heat in our room did not work properly , inconvenient. We received extra blankets but the temperature remained cool.
